1. In-House Model – The GP practice manages the full process internally. All certificates are created, clinically reviewed, and delivered by the practice’s own clinicians using ZoomDoc Pro.
2. Co-Pilot Model – A shared-care approach where ZoomDoc supports the practice with selected certificates, while the practice continues to complete the remainder. This model provides extra capacity while keeping clinical ownership within the practice.
3. Fully Managed Model – ZoomDoc’s team of UK-registered GMC Doctors provides the complete service on behalf of the practice. All certificate creation, clinical review, and delivery are handled by ZoomDoc, while the practice maintains full visibility and control.
These models allow NHS Practices to select the level of involvement that fits their workflow — whether they wish to keep everything in-house or rely on ZoomDoc’s clinical team for additional support.
